Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your opulentdress.com purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at www.opulentdress.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your return label.
- Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop off at your nearest shipping provider.
Important Info
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order at www.opulentdress.com.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily assist you with a replacement or refund.
